Mogán is built into the hillside. The thing that gives you the view you bought the place for is exactly what complicates the work: narrow access roads, buildings stepped down in terraces, and material that often has to be carried by hand.
It is second-home territory, and a lot of owners are away for most of the year. That changes how a job has to be run: decisions need to be possible at a distance, with photographs, without a site meeting every week.
