Partial renovation
Kitchen renovation in Gran Canaria
Almost every kitchen we take on has wiring designed for a fridge and not much else. Today there is an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave running at once.
We rewire the circuits and size them for what is going in, not for what was there.

03 — Questions
Frequently asked
- Can you fit units I buy myself?
- Yes. We just need the measurements and the layout before we finish the building work, because the tiling and socket positions depend on where each unit lands.
- Can the kitchen be moved to another room?
- Technically almost always, but it means moving waste pipes and extraction, and that is where the cost climbs. We assess it on the visit.

Other services
Bathroom renovation
Bath-to-shower conversions, new plumbing and properly set-out tiling. The bathroom is where bad work shows up first.
Façade renovation
Cutting back, treating chloride damage and refinishing. On this island a façade fights the sea, not just the rain.
Roof waterproofing
Diagnosis first, waterproofing second. A leak almost never appears directly below where the water gets in.
