Full home renovations in Gran Canaria
A full renovation is not a plumber plus an electrician plus a tiler. It is a sequencing problem: what goes in first, what cannot be touched until the previous stage has cured, and who answers when something does not fit.
We do it with our own employed crew. That means the person who quotes the job is the person accountable on site, and we are not waiting on an outside trade to turn up on Tuesday.

Strip-out and disposal
Full strip-out, protection of common areas and waste taken to a licensed tip, with the certificate to prove it.

Plumbing, electrics and drainage from scratch, with certificates on completion.

Partitions, screeds and levelling — the stages nobody sees but everybody notices.

Tiling and flooring
Set out in advance so the cuts land where you don't look.

Joinery and finishes
Doors, fitted wardrobes, paint and trim. This is the stage that decides whether the job reads as expensive or cheap.

Licences and paperwork
We handle whatever your town hall requires and hand over the technical documentation.
Typical timeline: 8 to 16 weeks depending on size and starting condition.

Full apartment renovation
Mid-range materials. The lower end assumes the layout stays as it is.
Full house renovation
Usually includes roof and waterproofing.
Indicative ranges, excluding IGIC (Canary Islands sales tax). The real figure depends on the starting condition, the specification and access. Only a site visit gives a reliable number.

Frequently asked
- Can I live in the property during the work?
- Not during a full renovation. The property is stripped out and there are days without water or power. If you need to stay, the answer is to phase the work — that takes longer but it is perfectly workable.
- I live abroad. Can you run the job without me there?
- Yes, and we do it regularly. Fixed written quote, decisions confirmed in writing and progress reported with photographs. What we never do is make a decision that changes the cost without asking you first.
- Can the quote go up mid-job?
- Only if something appears that could not be seen before lifting a floor or opening a wall — and in that case we tell you the cost in writing before touching it. Anything already quoted does not change price.
