Service
Partial renovations in Gran Canaria
Partial work has a difficulty full renovation does not: the property stays in use. We have to work without cutting the water off all week, without filling the living room with dust, and finish when we said we would.
So the scope is defined precisely, the area is sealed off, and the date is agreed before anything starts.
01 — Scope
What it includes
01
Sealed working area
Temporary screens and protection for the rest of the property.
02
Scheduled service cuts
Notified in advance and restored the same day wherever possible.
03
A fixed completion date
Written into the quote. Partial work that drags on is a domestic problem, not just a building one.
Typical timeline: 1 to 5 weeks depending on scope.
02 — Price
What it costs
Complete bathroom
Complete kitchen
Excluding appliances.
Façade
Roof waterproofing
Indicative ranges, excluding IGIC (Canary Islands sales tax). The real figure depends on the starting condition, the specification and access. Only a site visit gives a reliable number.
03 — Questions
Frequently asked
- How long will I be without a bathroom?
- If it is the only one in the property, 10 to 15 working days. We plan to keep that window as short as possible and give you the exact dates before starting.
- Do you remove the old units and the rubble?
- Yes. Waste goes to a licensed tip and you get the certificate — which is what your community will ask for if anyone queries it.
